This is work!

John 6:29 'Jesus answered and said to them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent." ?

The hardest work on earth is to have faith when your'e afraid, to believe when you want to doubt, to speak faith and be positive, when you feel negative. ?Hard work is to switch on your emotions from joyless unbelief, to joyful believing, speaking the promises straight into your giant problem. ?Hard work is to not feel sorry for yourself & accuse others & even God of not caring when everything goes wrong, but rather believing everything will work out for good. ?Hard work is making your mind meditate on the promises of God instead of the problem. ?But as we make this effort, His power empowers us and we enter into rest (Heb 4:11) and walk effortlessly in victory. ?His grace works in us by faith! (Eph 2:8) Believe!

Israel's premier vows to build in Jerusalem

JERUSALEM (AP) ? Israel's prime minister vowed Tuesday to continue building in a contested Jerusalem district, just days after European Union criticism of Jewish housing there.

Benjamin Netanyahu was speaking during a visit to Gilo after Israeli approval for the construction of 800 Jewish homes there sparked a sharp condemnation from EU foreign affairs chief Catherine Ashton. She is set to visit Israel on Wednesday.

Israel captured Gilo in the 1967 Mideast war from Jordan. Then it annexed the area to Jerusalem in a move that has not been recognized internationally. The Gilo district is close to Bethlehem in the West Bank.

Netanyahu said Jerusalem is "Israel's eternal capital" during the visit to Gilo and said Israel has every right to build there.

"We have built in Jerusalem, we are building in Jerusalem and we will continue to build in Jerusalem, this is our policy, and I will continue to support building in Jerusalem," Netanyahu said.

During the visit, Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat thanked Netanyahu for the resources to allow development and growth. "We will continue to build tens of thousands of apartments throughout the city," he said.

The fate of Jerusalem is one of the most emotional issues in long-stalled Israeli-Palestinian peace efforts, because of key sites there that are sacred to Jews, Christians and Muslims.

Palestinians claim the eastern part of Jerusalem as the capital of their future state, along with the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. Israel says east Jerusalem is an inseparable part of its capital, citing biblical and security reasons.

Palestinians are refusing to resume peace talks unless Israel stops building in areas they claim. Israel says all issues, including territorial disputes, must be resolved through negotiations and has frequently called for talks to be restarted.

This Multitool Is Even More Useful Without a Blade

A multi-use pocket tool without a knife sounds like hardware heresy. But without a blade the cleverly named Get-A-Way Driver still manages to be more useful than most multitools. Don't worry, though; it can still open bottles. More »

iPad Mini Pilot Version - Business Insider

Mega-Apple bull Brian White of Topeka Capital says he's tested an early version the iPad Mini, and he thinks it's fantastic.

White travels through Asia, and during one of his trips he says he got an early look at what Apple's announcing tomorrow:

Smaller, Lighter, More Refined & Easily Tucked into a Jacket or Purse. During our recent China-Taiwan Tech Tour, we had the opportunity to play with a pilot version of the "iPad Mini" that easily fit into our sport coat pocket. Experiencing a new form factor of an iconic product such as the iPad is a sight to behold and we believe consumer demand will reflect this phenomenon. We expect the "iPad Mini" to be 7.85 inches in size, include two cameras, come with the option of Wi-Fi only or Wi-Fi and 4G/3G, include the new lightening connector, start at lower storage capacity (8GB) than the iPad, sport a more refined back casing, come in slightly different color variation (i.e., similar to iPhone 5) and offer some surprises. We expect the "iPad Mini" to begin at a price point of $250-$300.

Sharp says boosts IGZO display output; shares soar

TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan's Sharp Corp said it has boosted output of its IGZO displays, the thin, power-saving screens that the struggling TV maker wants to sell to ultrabook PC makers to spark a revival in its fortunes.

Shares of Sharp gained as much as 11 percent to 165 yen in early trading, their biggest one-day gain in almost two months, after local media earlier reported the increase in production capacity.

Sharp is seeking supply agreements with ultrabook makers Lenovo Group , Dell Inc and Hewlett-Packard , Kyodo news agency reported.

The Japanese company, which secured $4.6 billion in emergency loans from its banks in September, this month began producing IGZO screens at a liquid crystal display factory in Nara prefecture western Japan, Sharp spokeswoman Miyuki Nakayama confirmed.

"We are starting in two different plants. The volume is increased," she said.

Sharp already makes IGZO displays that it supplies for Apple Inc's iPad tablet at its Kameyama plant. The facility also makes screens for the iPhone 5.

Sharp says IGZO, which consume 10 percent to 20 percent of the power required by conventional panels, may be better suited for ultrabooks. Needing less backlighting, IGZO screens are also thinner than conventional LCD displays.

Intel is promoting ultrabooks to counter tablet computers from Apple. Earlier this year, the U.S. chipmaker signed deals with several panel makers to ensure adequate supplies for a wave of ultrabooks with touch screens expected to hit the market following Microsoft Corp's launch of Windows 8 this month.

Default Tricks ? Cost-free Internet Promotion Methods

The world wide internet has definitely put small businesses up there with the big guns when it comes to being able to compete. It is not unusual for that little guys to outrank big companies within the major search engines and drive 1000s of daily visitors to their sites while the major enterprises struggle to obtain a handful. What makes this example even more amazing is that reaching the very best echelons of the search engines can be accomplished without having spending a dime.

There are many free ways that you can use to create a web presence ? and at the same time ? a growing quantity of visitors to your business website.

Marketing your web business through writing and submitting articles to the online article databases is one method that is being increasingly used by smaller businesses. This strategy makes it easy to compete, as anyone who can write and complete simple web forms makes it big online. There are literally a large number of article databases online at the minute. Each one you submit to adds an additional ?one way? backlink aimed at your website, through your article resource box.

Any internet marketer really worth his salt knows which backlinks from other websites ? when they are authority sites, even better ? can give any site an excellent boost up the search engine rank. Eventually, if you get enough links back to your site, you are guaranteed a high ranking on google.

Another way to create backlinks to your site is through social bookmarking portals like Delicious as well as Magnolia. Creating bookmarks on these sites to your own web pages will give you more valuable backlinks. As an added reward, posting on the interpersonal bookmark sites will raise the potential of being seen as an expert in your own field, or market.

The great thing about using both of these methods of internet marketing is that you are building your instant web traffic numbers but more importantly your general web presence and long term prospects for top search engine rankings. When your articles and webpages ? on the social book mark sites ? are out there on the web then you can make sure they are being picked up by other websites and internet users. So it can mean an increasing stream of website visitors and inbound links.

Keep in mind that the quality of your site and your own articles will determine just how much traffic you get. The important thing is actually though, to actually get started and to start building your business presence online.

You have just as much chance in this level playing field as the biggest names in company.

Zuck?s Advice To Startups: Explore Before You Commit, Listen, Build Something Fundamental, Don?t Copy

Startup Schoo ZuckFacebook didn't guess that users wanted to share photos. It learned it, Mark Zuckerberg explained in his talk at Y Combinator Startup School. "We really listened to what our users wanted, both qualitatively listening to the words they say, and quantitatively looking at behavior that they take." Users didn't necessarily say they wanted photos, but were uploading new profile pics every day.
